How does pricing work?
You pay a monthly amount per active user, decreasing with your team size: €42 from 1 to 10 users, €36 from 11 to 25, and €30 from 26 onwards. An active user is any account with access to the app (administrator, HR or technician). All features are included, whatever your number of users.
Does the rate adjust when my team changes?
Yes. Billing follows the number of active users and is prorated over your period. When you cross a tier (11 or 26 users), the unit rate drops automatically.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No, it's commitment-free. You can cancel at any time, with no fees or penalties.
What does support include?
Support is included for every team, at no extra cost, whatever your number of users.
Do you offer a free trial?
